Quality Inn Chesapeake - Greenbrier

Room were very clean! Was given extra towels due to me needing extra... kids and myself loved breakfast! Never seen them get up willingly so early in the morning!! The staff is very nice and amazing! Housekeeping always has the rooms and hallways smelling so good! It's very quiet here and the perfect spot to get a hotel because it's walking distance to pretty much anywhere you need to go! Highly recommend coming here and would most definitely come back!

A nice place to stay for a few nights. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and well kept. The bathroom is clean and well appointed. The place is undergoing a renovation but it’s not any issue. The location is very convenient next to a Walmart , post office and the mall about two blocks over.

Omg I can't say enough great things about the people here!!! Bobbi is the hardest working housekeeper I've ever seen!!! I never see her stop moving and working and is constantly greeting guests every time she walks by. The front desk people Andi and young man at night as well as the young lady at night (their names are currently escaping me) always do such an amazing job making sure myvstay is comfortable. I love that they try to accommodate as best as possible for the little things as well as the big things.

No complaints! Room was very clean and comfortable. Very little noise. Everything worked well. Price was great given the competitive area. I was given an upgraded room to boot!

I'm going to hotels a lot I live in them and honestly to say what's on is TV shows that the man comes you couldn't get help here if you wanted to it's like at home mom it's like if you have a mom you said if you're an adult I pretty much for me I'm going to make you happy going to go cuz you should be living at home and this is this isn't my home this is at home so yes I keep it clean I put up pictures of show me what home is what the heart is and my heart is in New York but you know what is it I see pictures of complaints and bitching but from what I see is a person the pictures are just what the person brought to the room the room the room is it alive like you are so the room is bad on the room to get better so you made it bad Again again I'm going to reinstate first of all me personally if I came to hotel and I will go downstairs and respect and sense speak to the person and explain to them you know they're paying money and the room is a sufficient and if I highly doubt it would just say no so it's not the person that will get on the internet and just write a negative nasty comment that to hurt somebody's business right there instead of talking to management and leaving it there right there makes me wonder and honestly they kind of show you know they say the truth shall be revealed always or is revealed you see the picture of the room it's a mess right I thought the hotel stuff came in and messed it up I looked like that so what picture can be taken somebody who will stay there and you know they want us to let them rent the room left it like that and if I was there I want to clean it either I would still go and you know contact her credit card company and let them know that something that they perform better services as a guest I included pictures and I'll see if I can do it again it's fine it's a pretty big room air conditioner works perfect just called real fast I have to shut it off but it does refrigerators but you respect small but it works no problem there taking out the garbage garbage is downstairs say what you want to smoke a cigarette out its next to the stores and staff members friendly

I’m going to give this hotel 4 stars. First the lady who checked us in was rude and a little sketchy with our money. She would not let us pay with our cards and only let us pay in cash. She didn’t have change for our $50 security deposit so she made us put down $60 instead. This was a little weird. The room smelled like wet cigarettes whenever we entered the room. It went away after we were in there for a little. The bathroom was super nice and definitely new. You can tell it was an older building with some renovations done. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good for it being included. When we checked out there was a different lady and she was way more nice than the first one. We did get our deposit back and left fast. I would stay here again. For the price that we payed to stay here it was worth it!

I stayed 1 night by myself and 3 nights with my parents due to the closeness to Chesapeake Medical Center and the price was great. My $50 was refunded well within the the standard 7 days after checkout. It's not perfect, nothing is, but they are trying and it shows. The new sinks and mirrors are really cute. The breakfast was very well attended, cereals and milk, fruit, bagels, English muffins, waffle maker with syrup and butter, coffee, tea and juices. The breakfast attendant was on point checking on the supplies and even brought out a flavored creamer which was a nice touch. If you can't make it to breakfast there is a waffle house in the same parking lot. If you need to be close to something in this area, AND need it to be affordable, this is a good place to stay.

I don't normally post reviews but I feel this place deserved it. I worked in the area and was looking for a reasonably priced room, which this place had. I was very skittish because of all the terrible reviews. I ended up staying here for a week and it's not a bad place. Not 1 roach, not 1 bed bug, not one issue with anyone that works there. There is a $5 non-refundable service fee per night and a $50 deposit, but I had the deposit refunded to my card within 3 days of checkout. Bottom line, if you're looking for a reasonably priced decent place to stay, this is it. It's absolutely not the Taj Mahal, but it's not the miserably place that people are making it out to be. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation.
